Nyesigire Jolly Kakkayi

Nyesigire Jolly Kakkayi holds a, Master’s Degree of Business Administration, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Accounting and Finance). She has had diverse experience in auditing having previously worked at Kabale University as an Internal Auditor. Jolly is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Business Studies at Kabale University. Currently, Jolly is pursuing a PhD in Business Administration at Kabale University, and is a CPA candidate at the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda. Jolly is passionate about how employees in institutions of higher learning could be motivated for better performance. Jolly  is a Ugandan, who was born on 14^th February 1973, from Kisiizi – Rukungiri District.
