The Directorate of Graduate Training at Kabale University informs all postgraduate students and academic staff that the Second Draft of the End of Semester I, 2025/2026 Postgraduate Examination Timetable has been officially released 18th November 2025.
This updated draft reflects adjustments made following feedback received from Heads of Department, Programme Coordinators, supervisors and students after the release of the first draft. It covers all postgraduate programmes scheduled for the November to December 2025 examination period.
All concerned students, supervisors and academic units are advised to carefully review the second draft and confirm that all corrections have been appropriately captured. Any remaining concerns or observations should be forwarded to the Directorate of Graduate Training through the respective academic units.
