The Directorate of Graduate Training, Kabale University, is pleased to inform all postgraduate students and academic staff that the 1st Draft of the Postgraduate Examination Timetable for the End of Semester I, 2025/2026 Academic Year has been officially released today, 12th November 2025.
This draft timetable covers all postgraduate programmes scheduled for the November–December 2025 examination period. All concerned students and supervisors are encouraged to review the timetable carefully and submit any observations, corrections, or feedback to the Directorate of Graduate Training through their respective Heads of Department or Programme Coordinators.
Please note that this timetable is a working draft and may be updated based on the feedback received. Students and staff are therefore advised to regularly check the University’s communication channels for the latest updates, including:
