Ninsiima Mackline holds a Master’s of Science in Tourism Planning and Management, a Master’s degree in Management Studies (Procurement and Supply Chain Management), a Postgraduate Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, a National Diploma in Purchasing and Supplies Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism. Mackline is a part-time Assistant Lecturer at Kabale University specializing in Tourism, and an Examiner with Uganda Business and Technical Examination Board. She worked as a Tutor with Young Men’s Christian Association (YMCA) Mbarara branch for three years and Rukungiri Institute of Management for five years.
