Nalusiba Juliet is currently working as the Assistant Records officer under the Directorate of Postgraduate Training at Kabale University. She holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management of Kabale University and Bachelor of Records and Archives management (second class upper) from Makerere University. She is currently a PhD Student " PhD Business Administration – Human Resource Management Option" by Research of Kabale University. Her research interest is in Human Resource Management field is specifically in the performance of employees and their welfare in the workplace, currently focusing on the Districts in the South western Region of Uganda. During her previous years’ work, she has worked in the Office of the University Secretary, under the Human Resource Unit before she joined the Directorate of Postgraduate Training. In the Human Resource Unit, she was able to expand her experience in the performance of the Staff mostly in Higher Intuitions of Learning that gave her the need to expand her knowledge in Human Resource Management. She has worked as an Administrative Assistant- Records and currently working as Assistant Records Officer under the Directorate of Postgraduate Training. She can be contacted on jnalusiba@kab.ac.ug
